Our Founder & Chief Ambassor of Joy

Molly leads with passion and enthusiasm — relentless in her pursuit to bring more JOY to the world through Shooting Star Schools and her original musical, JOY & The Shooting Stars. She spent 23 years in nonprofit leadership supporting youth and communities in need before beginning a personal journey to support herself — rediscovering her own joy and purpose from the inside out.

Immersing herself in holistic, transformational practices, Molly earned numerous certifications and trainings, including life coaching through the Co-Active Training Institute, Positive Intelligence, Reiki Master Teacher, EFT/Tapping, hypnosis, and past-life regression with Dr. Brian Weiss. She is also a certified yoga teacher and meditation guide.

In 2016, Molly opened a private practice serving youth and adults, offering both one-on-one support and large group workshops. Between 2016 and 2018, she was the featured wellness speaker at two national dental conferences. Known for her unconventional, creative, and deeply impactful approach, Molly weaves together multiple modalities to create experiences that are both fun and transformational.

In 2019, Molly’s life took a sharp detour when she became chronically ill from mold exposure and was unable to work for two years. During that difficult time, she turned to music for healing, leaning into the one thing she had always feared she wasn’t “good enough” to do. As she learned guitar and began singing the songs she loved, new gifts emerged. One day during COVID, she began street performing with her friends’ daughters — and Miss Molly’s Musical Magic was born. The rest is history.

Molly is especially passionate about empowering women and girls — understanding firsthand the exhaustion that comes from constant giving and the longing so many young girls feel to be truly seen, heard, and supported.

Through JOY & The Shooting Stars and the Center for Women & Girls, Molly channels her lifelong mission: to bring light, hope, and inspiration to the world — helping every person she meets to SHINE! their brightest.
