Our Founding Tribe

Molly and Kristin met in June 2022. Kristin signed up her daughter, Piper, to be part of Miss Molly’s Musical Magic. Piper was Molly’s first official student. Several months later, Kristin came to Molly for life coaching. She began following Molly with her camera to capture all the girls’ magical moments. Over time, a genuine friendship formed and they went on a life changing retreat in May 2024 to Costa Rica where the vision for the Center for Women & Girls was born.

Molly is the joyful energy and on-stage persona that inspires people through her loving voice and guidance.. Kristin is the essential back stage crew managing logistics and countless details, offering much needed support, and capturing this magical journey on camera. May the history books tell the rest!

We like playful titles, lest we take ourselves too seriously!

Energy Medicine & Spiritual Guide
Inspirational Speaker & Performer

Georgetown University, BA
University of Washington, MPA

Molly is always reaching for a taller branch. She spent 23 years in nonprofit administration trying to “save the world” before she realized it was time to save herself. Her personal journey to “find her joy” led to countless trainings and certifications including life coach training through the Co-Active Training Institute, Positive Intelligence, Reiki Master Teacher, EFT/Tapping, hypnosis and past life regression training under Dr. Brian Weiss. She is also a certified yoga teacher and highly skilled meditation guide.

Molly’s methods are unconventional, fun and powerful. Whether working 1-1 or speaking to a 100-person audience, Molly dances effortlessly among multiple modalities to create life-changing experiences. She is drawn to working with women and girls. She understands the burnout and balance challenges facing women today, especially those who are “professional givers” like herself. She also vividly remembers what it was like being a young girl desperately wanting to be seen and heard and unable to ask for the support she needed.

Molly’s dream is to spread JOY and The Shooting Stars across the globe, bringing much needed light, hope and inspiration.
