Our Founding Tribe

Molly and Kristin met in June 2022, when Kristin signed up her daughter, Piper, to be part of Miss Molly’s Musical Magic. Piper soon became Molly’s first official Shooting Star.

Inspired by the impact of the program, Kristin began documenting the girls’ experiences through her photography — capturing the magic, confidence, and joy that radiated from each session.

In May 2024, Molly and Kristin traveled together to Costa Rica for a transformative retreat, where the vision for the Center for Women & Girls took root.

Molly is the creative force — the loving voice and guiding light who inspires others to SHINE!

Kristin is the grounding presence behind the scenes — managing logistics, offering steadfast support, and capturing this unfolding story through her lens.

We like playful titles.

Our Roles

Molly Williams, Chief Giraffe & Ambassador of Joy

Georgetown University, BA
University of Washington, MPA

Molly leads with her head held high — relentless in her pursuit to bring more JOY to the world. After 23 years in nonprofit leadership dedicated to helping others, she realized it was time to help herself, beginning a personal journey to rediscover joy and purpose from the inside out.

That journey led to extensive study and certification in transformational practices, including life coaching through the Co-Active Training Institute, Positive Intelligence, Reiki Master Teacher certification, EFT/Tapping, hypnosis, and past life regression with Dr. Brian Weiss. She is also a certified yoga teacher and meditation guide known for her calm presence and intuitive insight.

Molly’s approach is unconventional, creative, and deeply impactful. Whether working one-on-one or leading a hundred-person workshop, she weaves together multiple modalities to create life-changing experiences. She is especially passionate about empowering women and girls — understanding firsthand the exhaustion that comes from constant giving and the longing many young girls feel to be truly seen, heard, and supported.

Through JOY & The Shooting Stars and the Center for Women & Girls, Molly channels her lifelong mission: to bring light, hope, and inspiration to the world — helping every person she meets to SHINE! their brightest.
